Account and data deletion — CNF (CN Family)

This page explains how to delete your CNF (CN Family) account and associated data. The app is developed by YATT «Moskovtsev A.A» (TIN/STIR 487064196).

1. In the app: open Settings → “Delete account” and confirm. The account and data are deleted immediately.
2. Or email supports@thecybernanny.com from your account email/login - we will delete the data within 30 days.

What is deleted: profile (name, phone, email/sign-in identifier), family membership, family chat messages and media, location data, notification tokens, subscription records.

What may be retained: records we are legally required to keep (e.g., payment records for accounting) for the statutory period, after which they are deleted.
