CNF (CN Family) Public Offer

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer by YATT «Moskovtsev A.A» (TIN/STIR 487064196), Uzbekistan, Tashkent, k/k 1\4 18-50 (the Provider), and sets out the terms of use of the CNF (CN Family) app and purchase of a paid subscription.

By installing and using the app and purchasing a subscription, you (the User) fully accept the terms of this offer.

2. Subject

The Provider grants access to CNF features: detection of fraudulent calls and messages, a family chat, location sharing and an SOS signal.

Basic fraud protection is provided free of charge and without limits. Extended family features are provided via a paid Premium subscription.

3. Premium subscription and price

Premium unlocks care for the whole family: unlimited relatives, live map and movement history, advanced alerts and a full threat archive.

The price depends on the region: Uzbekistan — 10,000 UZS per month or 50,000 UZS per year; Russia — 300 RUB per month or 1,000 RUB per year; other countries — 3 USD per month or 10 USD per year. The current price is shown in the app before payment.

4. Payment

Payment is made via methods available in your region (Click, Uzum, bank card, SBP and others) shown in the app. The service is deemed provided once the subscription is activated.

5. Term and refunds

The subscription is valid for the paid period (month or year). For refunds, contact support at supports@thecybernanny.com. Refunds are considered in accordance with the law and the rules of the app store used for purchase.

6. Limitation of liability

The app reduces the risk of fraud but does not provide a 100% guarantee. The final decision always rests with the User. The Provider is not liable for third-party actions or decisions made by the User.

7. Account deletion

The User may delete the account and data in the app at any time: Settings → Delete account, or by request at supports@thecybernanny.com.

8. Governing law

This offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
