How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time. Where you do it depends on where the payment was made.

If you paid on our site or in the app directly

  1. Open your account → Subscription.
  2. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.
  3. A confirmation email arrives.

PRO access continues until the end of the paid period — you do not lose time you already paid for.

If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store

Those subscriptions are managed by the store, not by us. Open the store → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → CyberNanny → Cancel. We technically cannot cancel them from our side.

What happens after cancelling

  • Your account is not deleted and moves to the free plan.
  • Map, geofences, screen time, messengers and chat keep working — they are part of the free plan.
  • The AI Advisor returns to one answer a month; AI alerts to the first of each month with details.
  • Your data and history are preserved.
